Grants

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Shorecrest families and PTSA members, we are excited to share that we surpassed last year’s fundraising goal and were able to donate $9,998.65 through this year’s 2025-2026 PTSA Grant Awards! These funds, supported by our fundraising efforts, will make a meaningful impact across classrooms, programs, and student experiences throughout the school.

Here’s how your contributions are enhancing learning at Shorecrest:

  • Math Night Study Sessions – Supporting weekly math enrichment and academic confidence for students.

  • Pottery Wheel for Ceramics – Expanding hands-on learning and creative opportunities for hundreds of art students.

  • Drone for Media Projects – Enhancing student-made videos through real-world technology and storytelling tools.

  • Unearthing Joy (Professional Learning Resources) – Supporting culturally and historically responsive teaching practices that benefit all students.

  • Life Skills Store Simulation (Storecrest) – Providing real-world budgeting, shopping, and life-skills practice while promoting inclusion and belonging.

  • iXL Math for Special Education – Offering targeted, individualized math support for students who need additional practice.

  • PALS Program Supplies – Creating a welcoming environment that fosters connection and engagement among students.

  • iXL Reading Upgrade – Supporting literacy growth through personalized reading instruction.

  • Collaborations with Professional Musicians & Culture Bearers – Enriching choir instruction through authentic cultural and musical experiences.

  • Thinking Big: Art Studio Materials – Empowering students to pursue ambitious, large-scale creative projects.

  • Digital Multimeters for Physics – Strengthening hands-on learning of foundational circuitry and physics concepts.

  • Diversifying the Music Library – Expanding orchestra repertoire for current and future students.

  • Materials for a Freshman Museum Exhibit – Encouraging creativity, collaboration, and presentation skills through hands-on projects.

  • Emergency Grant for Shorecrest High School Orchestra – Providing timely support to help students continue participating fully in orchestra programming through partial funding of a replacement upright bass.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making these grants possible. Together, we’re supporting innovation, inclusion, and meaningful learning experiences for Shorecrest students.
