Recent event information

Embrace Shorecrest has officially kicked off with our first event this last Saturday August 28. We had beautiful weather for our 10 volunteers:

Sandra and Joe Draper - Parents of SC Sophomore Sarah (myself), Neil (SC Junior), and Garrett (SC Freshman) Baldwin Darcy Ma (Shorecrest Junior) Taylor Landis (Mountlake Terrace HS student) Brad McQuire and Diane Pickrel (now that's dedication!)

We also had 4 freshman football players passing by that we recruited to rake some pinecones. (Nik Hendricks, Brandon Mullin, Josh Woods, and Jackson Wells)

Our focus was to do a quick clean up of the front of the school, the north side, and as many courtyards as we had time - which ended up to be a little in Courtyard E and F. We filled Brad's pickup and then some with weeds, pinecones and branches. Thanks everyone!
